In association with the Climate Majority Project (CMP) and the Climate Psychology Alliance (CPA), we are working to highlight the importance of ‘inner work’ in supporting people to process their feelings about the climate crisis. Strengthening inner capacities helps to move past overwhelm and enable participation in climate action.  Seeking resources to develop this work and create a national Community of Practice, iCRA intends to enable more effective climate adaptation and mitigation efforts within local communities

Climate Youth Resilience - Emerging from our report Reconnection: Meeting the Climate Crisis Inside Out, CYR seeks to embed mindfulness and related forms of inner work wherever young people are engaging with the polycrisis.

Guided by the voices of young climate activists, Weaving Inner and Outer Worlds to Drive Impactful Change outlines the mission and intentions of CYR. Through a team of Regional Convenors, CYR continues to strengthen and extend its network, offering regular gatherings to build community and relevant training to support the facilitation of inner-led work.

MPs and Peers joined us in the Palace of Westminster for an event on the theme of mindfulness in education.

In closing the event, tech and innovations experts Menka Sanghvi and Harriet Pellereau discussed the specific benefits of mindfulness in relation to how children use technology.

The awards ceremony was held in partnership with the Manchester Mindfulness Festival, giving the finalists a platform at a key event in the mindfulness sector calendar.
